How information is handled
This website is primarily informational. It does not currently contain a medical intake form, member account, payment form, or newsletter form. When you use the consultation link, you leave this website and interact with Calendly. Information submitted there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy practices and the settings of the scheduling account.
If you contact Iron Method by telephone, text, email, or social media, the information you choose to provide may be used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate next steps. These general channels are not intended for medical records, detailed health histories, laboratory results, payment-card information, or other sensitive health information.
Medical information should be provided only through the designated secure clinical-intake process. Information submitted through that process is governed by the applicable platform policies and the treating provider’s clinical privacy notices. The identity of the treating provider and medical practice, along with any required Notice of Privacy Practices, must be supplied during intake.
The website host and ordinary internet infrastructure may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
