My story
For more than 15 years, I’ve built my career in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, helping people create healthier, more connected lives. Along the way, I came to understand something deeply personal: sometimes, even when we’re working hard and doing everything “right,” exercise alone isn’t enough.
As our bodies evolve, the way we care for them needs to evolve too.
Peptides have been an important part of my own wellness journey for the past five years. Combined with strength training, nutrition, and consistency, they’ve helped me feel more energized, supported in my recovery, and more confident in the way I approach healthy aging.
My connection to Iron Method made bringing this vision to life feel especially meaningful. Founder Carolyn McGuire has created far more than a fitness studio—she has built an extraordinary community where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to become stronger. Her genuine commitment to helping others thrive is at the heart of everything Iron Method represents.
Together, we created the Iron Method Advanced Wellness Program: a personalized, medically guided approach that brings peptide options together with nutritional coaching, monthly InBody® scans, strength training, and ongoing community support.
This isn’t simply about changing how you look. It’s about helping you feel stronger, move better, restore your energy, and approach every stage of life with greater confidence and vitality.
My goal is to help you feel incredible in your body—not by chasing a younger version of yourself, but by becoming the strongest and most energized version of who you are today.

A more connected approach
You may already be training, eating thoughtfully, and doing many of the “right” things—yet still feel that your energy, recovery, body composition, or sense of momentum has changed.
Iron Method Advanced Wellness brings medical evaluation, nutrition, strength training, body-composition tracking, and ongoing support into one coordinated experience. The goal is not to chase a younger version of you. It is to help you build a stronger, more informed approach to the body you have today.
What the program can include
Your plan is shaped by your needs, health history, goals, and clinical eligibility. Not every participant will receive every service or treatment.
An appropriately licensed medical provider reviews your health history, goals, contraindications, and any required laboratory information before making treatment decisions.
Recommendations are designed around your individual needs. Medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate, but it is not the only component.
Practical nutrition guidance connects your daily habits with your strength, recovery, and body-composition goals.
Your wellness strategy is considered alongside progressive strength training rather than as a separate intervention.
Regular body-composition measurements help you and the team monitor change and make informed adjustments over time.
Follow-up, accountability, and community support help turn a personalized plan into a sustainable routine.
How it works
Discuss your goals, ask questions, and learn what the program includes. This initial conversation is informational and is not medical care.
Complete your medical history and provide any required laboratory information through the designated secure system.
Meet with an appropriately licensed medical provider who independently determines whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
Begin your individualized program with coaching, tracking, and ongoing monitoring based on the services selected for you.
Who it is for
The program may be a fit if you value medical oversight, strength training, practical coaching, and measurable follow-up.
You are looking for a program that considers health history, habits, training, nutrition, and progress together.
You want professional guidance for navigating changes in energy, recovery, or body composition.
You want your wellness plan to support an active life, not revolve around a number on a scale.
Meaningful progress requires follow-through, communication, and appropriate medical monitoring.

After the introductory program consultation, participants complete a secure medical-intake process for review by an appropriately licensed medical provider.
The treating provider independently determines clinical eligibility, discusses risks and alternatives, orders or reviews any required laboratory information, and makes all prescribing decisions. Iron Method, Jillian, and the coaching team do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee treatment.
The identity of the treating provider and medical practice, along with applicable consent and privacy notices, is disclosed during the clinical-intake process.
Our treatment philosophy
Treatment decisions begin with an independent clinical evaluation. Depending on your health history, goals, laboratory information, location, and eligibility, an appropriately licensed provider may discuss options with you.
Not everyone will qualify for medication, and no specific treatment is guaranteed. When medication is prescribed, it is intended to work within a broader program of nutrition, strength training, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Pricing overview
Final pricing depends on the individualized plan. Before enrolling, you will receive a clear breakdown of program fees and any separate costs for medication, laboratory work, shipping, training, nutrition services, and other support. Prices should be reconfirmed before public launch.
